Hello @mzuccaroli,

This PR fixes https://github.com/mzuccaroli/angular-google-tag-manager/issues/184.

What I did:

Update to Angular 16
Update other packages
- I did not update jasmine-core as it require an updated version of karma-jasmine
Added support for Angular 16 package versions on the lib

If everything is fine for you, it would be awesome to release a new major version (I did not bump the version).

pr succesfully merged and new version published, thank you for the contribution, are you interested in becaoming a mantainer of the project? I'm the only one here and some help would pbe appreciated
