What about 'noteshrinking' a pdf? #16

I have some scanned brochures in PDF format. Is it possible to use noteshrink app over a PDF file to create a clean beautiful pdf?

@Hitaro you can check pull request #28, it adds the ability to noteshrink PDFs. However these PDFs should be single paged (at least for now).
