Add the two new SimAuto functions #91

According to the PW's webhelp, they added two new SimAuto methods OpenCaseType and RunScriptCommand2. The OpenCaseType might be useful if you need to load non-PW format files (like PTI, GE EPC formats), while the RunScriptCommand2 might be less useful but still good to have.

The corresponding document also needs an update.
