Tweak touch area for +/- #26

If you tap on the screen in the middle by accident - it gives out either a plus point or a minus. There are no borders of adding and decreasing, a vertical line. Maybe you should add a "security zone" in the center?

@drstranges gave me an idea to use 3/4 of the screen to + and what's left from the left side to -. Like the idea!
