Dynamic cropping or bounding of images in Screen Overlays #442

It is currently not possible to specify boundaries of visibility for images 
that need to move to show a value, such as a speed or altitude tape in a HUD. 
In other formats the normal method is to create masks and then make the masks 
transparent.
I would like to see this function as a KML extension.
