Handle examples in different languages #21

We should have examples in (at least) Stan and PyMC. Ideally there would be different 'tabs' for each language, so not to clutter the pages.

Tabs can be done with quarto as seen here: https://quarto.org/docs/interactive/layout.html#tabset-panel
