[x] use single sed instead of piping (https://github.com/n-peugnet/makesite/commit/f863d60febafa94f44b9e8a3050c0847f97b1894)
[ ] ~~Maybe use links instead of cp for assets~~ Not a good idea. It is better to be able to copy the public directory elsewhere.
