History page #311

For historical purposes, add some kind of history page like RoyalFlare had where you can view how scores of each category have evolved. Regarding the insightfulness of the page, it is assumed the archived RoyalFlare replays get imported to Silent Selene.

We can calculate it. We would only lose some replays that were removed from the leaderboard but stayed on the history page.

Btw, should it be sorted by upload date or play date? I would prefer play date, but perhaps it's possible to manipulate that, and some games (PC-98, PCB) dont record it (fully)

Actually, now that I've tried this out, I think that having deleted replays in the database is a pre-requisite. There are many situations where a wr is pushed many times by one person and that history is missing.
