Is Seihou in scope? #505

ReC98 has received funding for implementing a new, more community-usable Shuusou Gyoku replay format some time after the Linux port, and it would be nice to have a scoreboard that already supports this format once it launches. Would Seihou still be Touhou-related enough to be covered by Silent Selene? If it is, I can probably get the funding to implement scoreboard support myself.

Ideally, we'd support the old single-stage 秋霜りぷ*.DAT format as well.

This is an interesting question, and not one I had thought about. Certainly games other than Touhou are not in scope. And similarly fangames are not in scope either. But Seihou is somewhat different from either of those. Personally, I'm open to the idea. I wouldn't do it myself but I'd accept it as a contribution.
