Manual: Typeset minus in troff character names correctly. #104

Do not use \(mi to represent literal ascii minus in troff character names, like, e.g. -D. We want that typeset as \-D, all in the monospace font, we don't want the wider mathematical minus sign from the Symbol font. Just let the .AC macro use the default.
