Our videos are usually large and we mainly produce movies, dramas and multimedia content. For this reason, we mainly use the .MKV format extension.
However, if we put the .MKV format in the input field, the letters "Generating frame order information ~~" appear and it gets stuck.
If you put it in the MP4 extension, it works very well. There is no problem with this. Maybe your software doesn't support the MKV extension? Or is there some other technical glitch?
