Won't read titles with apostrophes #252

It won't read names with apostrophes and, if you try to interpolate a file that has an apostrophe in the folder or image name it won't loop video on non-apostrophe names from that point on until a restart is completed. This is using RIFE (CUDA) and XVFI (CUDA) because the last update didn't fix my issues with the gifs or using NCNN/VS.

Any error causes the looping to stop until the software is restarted.
