AMD system crash when using RIFE Vulkan NCNN #255

While using the RIFE (NCNN) - Vulkan/NCNN Implementation of RIFE, the system tends to crash to black screen and show the VGA error on the motherboard. This only occurs on my system when using Flowframes.

Currently using version 23.7.2 of AMD drivers for my RX 6950XT.
