add only dedupe feature #288

hi can you please add feature or make it possible to make settings like that software make interpolation only for removed dupes. like, now it is impossible to set x1 frames in output fps and speed, and if it will be possible software knows that only thing to do is dedupe and interpolate deleted dupes.
