Transfer Color/HDR Metadata throws "InvalidCastException" #7

Just dropped two files in the box and it doesn't work any more in 1.8.0 (but it worked fine in 1.7.0 I think). Seems like a simple cast error.

On a side note, how does transferring HDR metadata work with ffmpeg?

It doesn't.

Nmkoder uses mkvmerge to add the metadata, and ffprobe+mkvinfo to read it.
