Improve BSI with LIT? #10

Maybe the unphysical barrier suppression ionization (BSI) model can be enhanced a bit by using the LIT model as well.

This stands for Local Ionization Threshold, meaning that depending on the density of the target, the ionization energies of atoms can be lowered if there are charged ions in the vicinity.

Looks actually quite good. Take care that they try to model collisional and field effects at the same time and put assumptions on the screening by nearby particles.
