then get qt4 for python

apt-get install python-qt4

What version of Linux distribution are you using? It's an older package, which isn't available in newer distributions.

I an using Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) and the Python 3.9.2

All fixed. I downloaded your version of PiClock and worked. The first time it didnot work.
