Make python3 compatible #21

I have updated the chainbreaker script to run it within python3.

Major changes:

removed the helper-scripts: pbkdf2.py and pyDes
Imported hashlib and Crypto.Cipher modules as replacement for pbkdf2 and pyDes.
Changed the readme by adding the text that it is python3 supported
Made bytestring operations etc. python3 compatible. Just the regular conversions.
