Cloud Deploy instructions and yt-dlp download method added to cloud deploy to fix current volatile api #57
Uses yt-dlp to download the videos do to the volatility of the TikTok api currently. Will attempt to download at highest quality but might revert to lower.
Filled out readme to explain how to deploy the project quickly and easily on google cloud so that the user can use this anywhere they have a browser.
Fixed the deploy and dockerfile (please don't change the folder structure as it breaks these).
