Sometimes, official french registery lookup fails #50

Use https://immat.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/immat/servlet/static/upload/export.csv as a second source for official register ?

It seems that the register does not store every craft (e.g. F-MJBU is not found using either the web interface or the csv export)
