Time zones #11

When filtering, it shows your time zone, while server part works with GMT+0000, which leads to confusion (like that one order uploaded at 13.07.2020 at 01:30 GMT+0300 which in reality is 12.07.2020 at 22:30, so not its not properly filtering).
