feat(): Update readme to release latest changes

• Persist host id in the system (Closes #21)
• Fix page refresh for production build. Fix custom port (Closes #26)
• Handle shut down more carefully (Closes #22)
• Handle name out query and with uniq id (Closes #20, Closes #25)

BREAKING CHANGE: Stubb naming is changed. It should not cause any issues. But it anyway is kinda breaking
