dotfiles: default template for all users #83

Create / poach required template for a 'new' user on my system.

This is currently causing a bug when loggin into the root account having invalid settings comming from custom dotfiles for travis.

Ideal solution would involve only one set of dotfiles that is flexible enough for any user to use / customize

I believe that using this repo as the main "flexible" repo and creating a custom repo with only the required custom files for each user is the best solution. I also expect to see this bug for a while...

/etc/skel has something to do with this
