Preferences Page Update #5

For logged-in Wikipedia users, the preferences page is non-contiguous with the rest of Wikipedia. The proposed changes include fixes for this.

These edits are not extensive and are likely inefficient, but the end-result works. Feel free to reorder the code how you see fit.

Thanks for your contribution! As there were to many changes in your file I didn't merge branches: instead I added your changes to commit b26709d.
