Screen "blink" issue fixed
Fix "press any key to exit" logic to really press any key to exit.
UI Improvement (graphic battery bar)
Colorized bar by battery level
- Red if less than 20%
- Orange if between 20% and 60%
- Green if more than 60%

Thank you for the feedback, @n0xa! I use this feature to study a little the graphical part. Unfortunately I don't have the other hardwares to test this change, this is the reason why I just did for Cardputer.
