Move from Travis CI to another CI #60

Travis CI stopped to work on this repo and I didn't manage to migrate Travis to Github Apps. UX of Travis sucks. I just don't see id3v2 in list of repos 🤷‍♂️

I am looking into CircleCI

I managed TravisCI to work. I'll stay on it :)

And CircleCI is too monstrous for this project. I don't want to read their whole docs 😬
