Added missing info for Kallisti explore badge (On the Shoulders of Giants) Updated coordinates for explore badge in Echo: GC 4 history plaques that are in Echo: Faultline were listed as being in Faultline. Correct that along with updating coordinates, notes, etc as necessary

Ugh, I feel stupid. I did not realize that Faultline and Echo: Faultline had identical sets of the same plaques, and that the plaque from either zone will count towards the badge progress. So the edits I made to Disciple, Just Said No to Superadine, and Scholar, while techincally correct, should probably be rejected since it's probably easier to get those plaques in Faultline. I'll close this pull request and resubmit a new one with just On the Shoulders of Giants and Orion's Belt.
