Fix "${filePath}" #26

Fix to the file path not properly filling in due to the -fullscreen flag being parsed by the emulator

I was able to reproduce the bug of -fullscreen not working, but I don't understand what you mean by "file path not properly filling in" - the game launches regardless of it being in fullscreen.

Nonetheless, this seems like a good change to make.

I was having issues on my end where the -fullscreen was causing the "${filePath}" not to fill in the game path and file name
