Added code to handle new msg_ID from N1MM #41

N1MM changed the way they handle updating a record. They now send a unique ID in an ID field. The collector uses that to update or delete a record.

I forgot to mention this closes #39. That way it should close automatically when the pull request is added. I also see I left the config DEBUG option set so I would change that back to INFO. Good luck for anyone using this for Winter Field Day.
