Add fix for podspec git source attribute #2

In order to allow the podspec to lint properly, this commit adds the git extension to the source url. It also adds a changelog to keep track of changes across versions and updates the readme to show the latest version of the pod.

You'll have to add a tag for version 0.1.1 on this one as well. Once this is merged, I will create a pull request on the Cocoapods spec repo to get this spec added.
