I would like to know if I can continue your amazing and open source job.

Because there is no license MIT or creative commons here. I started work on this code but I would like to know if i can continue it open source or if I should delete my repository and create my own code. if you could define an open source license I can continue this work open source.

could you attribute a license on code ?
