Ran the script but got several errors regarding & and < that were not in the right spots

Yup, same non-escaped "&"s and "<"s issue.

I have not tried this script in a few months because I have never reinstalled windows, I think it might be due to the last pull request which was merged, I'll Check and update here.

Thanks a lot for reporting this but I tested this & didn't find any way to replicate this, So I would like to close this issue for now but would be happy to fix if someone finds a way to replicate this or find a way to fix this bug.
