Support dynamically changing the input and output color space #146

Currently, xy-VSFilter supports dynamically switching its Input Pin from NV12 
to RGB, but fails to change its Output Pin to RGB as well.  I 
didn't test myself, but I suspect that since stock VSFilter just refuses 
switching to RGB input and continues receiving/sending NV12 instead, this 
problem affects color space changes in general.
