Navigation Bar #9

Create navigation bar and separate pages for each view we want, such as user page, home page, course page, assignment page, etc. These pages will be placeholders for now.

Just make sure the nav bar navigates.

When user logs in, Navbar should retain state and keep course IDs in state.
