Odd unexpected characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. impossible to reproduce
2. type in some characters as [,] or sometimes some other ones and strange char 
appear
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected char shows, but some strange char are added (sometimes end of 
paragraph marks etc...)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

newest one 4.3 on win 8 (surface pro)
Please provide any additional information below.

I use utf8 encoding

The surface tablets are not fully supported by Qt and Texmaker is not designed 
to work on this hardware
