Texmaker does not notify user if file has changed in the filesystem #1399

This is a really important feature, especially for SVN or other source control
systems. If a file is open in the editor and the file changes in the filesystem
(e.g. through svn update), then the user is not notified of this. As a result
he overwrites the new version with the old one when he saves the file.

Thanks for the reply. It works. I guess it should be on by default!
