Missing keyboard shortcut option for \section #1472

Greetings to TexMaker dev team,
maybe I did not look hard enough, but I have spent some time looking for hotkey 
to make \section{} and I dont think it is available in the Hotkeys menu. The 
\subsection{} is present, though. It is not a big deal, but it would help.

Thank You and continue the great work at TexMaker, it is pleasure to work with 
this tool!

I have found recently, that it is definitely solved it Texmaker 4.4.1
