What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a tex file which is long enough so that it does not fit into the main
window.
2. Go to somewhere in the middle of the tex file
3. Edit, for instance just by entering one or two words
4. Change the window size (size of the edit view), for instance by pulling from
the sides or by opening the source viewer
5. You may need to edit and change the window size several times to reproduce
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expected output: I should continue to see the same location in the edit view
whatever size the window scales to.
- However, most of the time, the edit view shows me either the top or bottom of
the tex file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Texmaker 4.4.1. Windows 7 64 bit. However, this problem has happened since I
first started to use Texmaker, for about 3 years, in all the PCs that I use
(all of them are Windows 7 64 bit).
Please provide any additional information below.
Thanks for the great work! The best tex editor.
