Chapter and section numbering in structure view #1512

Please add chapter and section numbering to the structure view.

Currently it only shows the names of the chapter or section, but the numbering 
only shows up in the final product (PDF for me). Then I get feedback lists from 
users saying that in section 8.9.4 I made a typo. In Texmaker I have no clue 
where that is.

I have to take the PDF, open it in a PDF viewer that allows me to jump to the 
source, find the section and have the PDF viewer navigate the source for me.

I realise there are difficulties when using \chapter* and maybe other latex 
tricks, but my life would be so much better if the structure showed chapter and 
section numbering.
