Unable to Compile #1519

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start new  Wizard Menu
2. Produce Simple Document (Hello World) as test.
3. Save
4. Press 'Quick Build'
5. Receive 'Could not Start Command' Error.
6. Press 'View PDF'
7. Receive 'File not found' Error.

What is the expected output?
Expected Output, to see my tex file rendered in a PDF.

What do you see instead?
The error messages listed above at 5. and 7.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.1 on Linux Mint

Please provide any additional information below.
I've looked at the documentation and chapter three doesn’t seem to suggest I 
have set up anything additional from the default install to compile.  Hope I'm 
not just missing something.

A Latex distribution must be installed on your system (texlive packages)

Perhaps a note to indicate this in the help documentation. Chapter 3 somewhere?
