Could not start the command 
C:/program Files/Texmk/icuu.dll"-interaction=nonstopmode%.tex

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
textmakerwin32_install on window 7

icuu.dll is not a program - you have modified the settings just reset them in 
the "options" menu
