Show the whole structure when there are subchapter files included in the master file #1528

Hi,

When a master file includes some separate chapter files by using 
\include{filename}. The included files are shown in the structure view as a 
file link. It would be great that texmaker can parse all included files (or 
input files recursively) to build a single structure tree to be displayed.
