Currently Trying to Install, Not working #19

Heres my error message:

Could not parse output from pip, see plugin_pluginmanager_console.log for generated output

I've tried the steps in the other posts, still not working. OctoPrint Version: 1.4.2 Octopi Version: 0.17.0

I finally got the plugin to install, just the screen wont display any information and only shows white blocks
