Weird Characters during printing #23

Installation with OctoPrint 1.7.2, Python 3.7.3, OctoPi 0.18.0 works fine.

After startup I can see "Connected to:" in the display. Also when I start the print the displays shows "Completed" and the pause text is also showing, but after the print reach 1% the display shows weird characters.

After a restart of OP the text "Connected" is shoing again, but again after the print reachs 1% I can see different weird letters.

Any idea whats going on here?

Hello man,

Sorry i had this issue before with some of my lcd display. I didn't troubleshoot it. Did you tried with another one ?

Hi, I found the reason/solution and reported this here: https://github.com/dbrgn/RPLCD/issues/131

Now my display looks fine and works well with OctoPrint.
