This adds a sample stockholm-formatted file and parses it with stockholm-js

The code example isn't necessarily ready to be merged but it could be built off of to try to do

add stockholm format support to the "upload file"
add drawing of the sequence (protein letters) similar to https://github.com/ihh/abrowse
