Add support for Ubuntu #27

need to add support for Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04 Should be able to install at the very minimum

have got the basic functionality working for installing PowerShell 7 on Ubuntu. Currently looking at being able to configure it like windows now. e.g setting profile settings or update notification settings.
