springlobby shows this error in springlobby.log when tech annihilation is selected:

2018-02-27 21:03:27.673 Warning nitsync/unitsync.cpp:143 Unitsync: Tech Annihilation test-8170-3fab604 ProcessUnits: luaParser.Execute() failed: [string "gamedata/defs.lua"]:38: [string "gamedata/defs.lua"]:26: error = 2, gamedata/moveDefs.lua, [string "gamedata/moveDefs.lua"]:319: attempt to call field 'GetModOptions' (a nil value)

this makes the "unit restrictions" not work.
