Arm Cloakable Metal Maker Glitch making it Indestructible #453

There was a Arm Cloakable Metal Maker Glitch which I observed in the latest test version, 2.27.6 - test, making it Indestructible (this occurred just as Skymyj was self-destructing all his units). Locol could not destroy it, he could not reclaim it, restoring did not help, he could emp it, however. Please assist. Thank you. :)

Any idea which game it was on replay site, ive pushed fix but want to double check with replay its same bug
