intrusion countermeasures should give radar links #603

it seems pointless that it gives marks, but units can't target intruders automatically, and the player has to manually notice the intruders. I think in addition to the red marks, it should give a radar link that wobbles

When I see marks near my anti-nuke, It's so exciting to be between life & death & send all to counter this intrusion.

But I agree with this. Remplace by a link.

Strongly agree. Kinda annoying that despite having intrusion countermeasures u still need to target manually D:
