Too strong vs other t2.5 units.

Decrease speed by 10% Decrease hp by 10% Range : 1100 reload : 12s

There is no response for arm against these Snipers except horgue. So, please, fix to 1060 range, same than tankanator.

For arm kbot, no response. Just add bonus protection vs sniper for Helldriver & AK & Krogtsaar maybe.
